I knew that, was only referring to the exhaust side of things...
Stephen also had a front mount intecooler setup as well Fuax, perhaps that too (DOOOEEEEETTTT!!!) lol.
Full exhaust and fmic are on my list this year... I'm hoping for 130+fwkw as Stephen only had a catback...
Here's an anecdotal update...
I have a friend that comes out for regular midnight runs and he has a mitsubishi GTO import. Damned quick car and we've been on the old pac together for years... About 8 years I think...
When I follow him and we exit a corner he pulls away and the only way I keep up is to brake as late as possible and rely on the cornering of the colt (when I had the advans)... But he was always quicker on acceleration...
Tonight was the first time we've done the run since the ecu was installed and the boost was upped... He stated when following me he could not keep up punching out of corners. He said I was pulling nearly a car length a second away from him and he only kept up with me due to my dodgy tyres and slow cornering... He was suitably impressed...
No idea how much power she's laying down now but I can't wait to get an exhaust in... Happy days, I'm chuffed...

Hey fauxpas, what boost are you pulling now?
16psi... I was only getting 12psi when the ecu was installed and it made 105kw... Not even going to speculate on what power she getting now but being able to pull away from a GTO and I haven't even got an exhaust or front mount yet... We I know I'm heading in the right direction...
I really can't wait to get an exhaust on... My mate recommended Catty's Mufflers at Toukley. They did his full system on a r33 gts-t and he reckons not to skimp on the hi flo cat...
I'm considering a varex muffler too for when I get pulled...

cops really dont like varex, a few of my mates had them and they are not really that good either. bit restrictive and had them open 99% of the time anyway
