installed the airbox without removing the strut bar...needed to shave some plastic off the stock battery holder thingy
i warn people to keep there stock airbox bolts and rubber grommets....
lucky i kept it when installing my K&N...
i have a K&N pod that i will be selling...
the induction noise is less with the airbox than the pod
i find the power delivery is smooth...
intake temps are a little lower, heat soak is removed quicker to...dunno about +ve pressures...
i think its ~ 5 degree higher than ambient...pod was about 8 degree when driving and now stopped...roughly
